Notes from the 2001 AGM

The 2001 AGM of the Road Records Association took place on the 10th February.

Brief details of rule changes ratified at the AGM are as follows:

Item 7a - Rule 3.05 has been modified so that the notification period of the Annual General Meeting has been increased from nine to eleven weeks

Item 7b - Rule 3.07 has been simplified, and matters to be raised at the AGM must now be received at least seven weeks before the AGM

Item 7c - Rule 3.08 has been revised, and only two copies of the AGM paperwork will now be sent to each affiliated club

Item 7d - Rule 2.01 has been modified, and subscriptions have been increased to £8 for Private Members and £12 for clubs.

Item 7e - Rule 6.02 has been modified and all attempt fees have been increased by £2

Item 7f - Rules 1.04, 2.01, 3.06, 3.08 and 4.12 have been modified to incorporate references to "Associate Organisations"

Item 7g - Rule 9.02 has been modified to clarify the rules concerning watch testing and certification.
