SECTION 14 - CLAIMS

CLAIMS
Time limit for Claims.
14.01. The Records Secretary should be notified of a successful ride if possible the same day. A record must be claimed on an official form. This form and all proofs must be lodged with the Records Secretary of the Association within fourteen days of the ride in respect of which the claim is made.
Retention of Evidence.
14.02. All evidence in respect of claims will be retained by the Association, and will be dealt with by them as deemed fit.
